The BF60802 is an analog Automatic face mask manufacturing machine.
It can reach higher speed and can be used in combination with four pcs of Semi automatic or fully automatic Ear Loop welding machines.
These ear loop welding machines can be joined to the Mask making machine using a conveyer belt system, or you can use a rapid collection bin and transfer them manually.
It can have switches to guide the mask body using gates and ensure the process from loading the face mask manufacturing machine to the ear loop welding machines.
Once this process is complete the only other chore is the do the Quality check and pack the masks.
Can the machines be used in different combinations?
If you givee us some indication of your requirment we can design a process that fits the area. You can have up 4 ear loop welding components to each analog automatic face mask manufacturing machine.

The system is slightly less costly and is designed to be operated with more labor requirements if you use the semi automated ear loop welding machines.
Generally speaking the BF60802 system can be run and managed by one person.
With the loading of the materials and operation of the machine relatively simple.
However you will need a person for each of the ear loop machines if you use the SEmi Auto models.
The only other tasks that are needed is the Quality check and the packing of the masks.
What is the lead time from order?
Our normal manufacturing time is approx 35 days, but this can vary.
The lead time can vary according to the current orders of Mask making machines and any special components we need to make fo your design.
So it is better to check with us before placing to order to ensure the current workload.
Different set up’s with more complicated movement of components to the integrated mask making machines can also increase the time necessary to manufacture.
